Step one: Talk to me

Let's get to know each other better. Fill out our online questionnaire and we'll set up a time to chat. Prior to our call, please send over any inspirational images and/or a Pinterest board.


step two: Money, honey

After our call, we will send you an initial estimate with all design aspects laid out for you to review. As a courtesy, we will hold your date for one week after you receive this estimate.


step three: design-time

Once you decide to exclusively work with us, we require a 50% non-refundable retainer and signed contract to hold your day. After this is received, we begin the design process where your vision comes to life! From bouquets, altar pieces, to full table layout, this is where we work our magic and create a bespoke design deck for your day.

step four: how ya’ doin’?

While we will keep in contact throughout the process, we will have a final design consult four weeks prior to your wedding day. We understand that things can change, so we want to make sure we have all updated information and are on the same page design-wise for your day.

step five: it’s here!

Your wedding day is here! We will have a timeline for your day with all your details spelled out. Between when and where to deliver your personals, to ceremony and reception setups, we've got it all planned out! Rest assured that we will take care of every little detail!
